Average Rating: Rating: - Has Easily Surpassed Men's Health in Quality A funny thing happened with the editorial changes at rival "Men's Health" a few years ago. The magazine became pompous, pretentious, and less and less about men's health. But while that magazine became focused more and more on itself and less and less on its readers, "Men's Fitness" evidently was picking up on what was going wrong at the rival magazine, and making the changes in its pages. Now "Men's Fitness" reads like "Men's Health" did in its glory days when it was trying ti be "Men's Health," not "Maxim." Men's Fitness features easy to read, well-illustrated articles aimed at the athletic man. It's become THE magazine for the active man, who may be looking for information that clearly explains the scientific principles of diet and exercise and how he can make them part of his daily life. Articles are fun, breezy, and easy to understand. You get the impression this magazine is aimed at its readers, which, sadly, the once-great "Men's Health" used to be. So, bottom line, if you're looking for the type of magazine "Men's Health" used to be, and you're intimidated by "Muscle & Fitness," you've found the answer with this Weider publication. Rating: - The best of the best! I love this magazine. It is top class and they really care about making quality articles to read. The best one! If you want one fittness magazine this is the one! This is not only about fittness but other men issues as well! Some time they repeat themselves but its ok...this far....its a really creative team behind this magazine!!! Rating: - The best men's mag around This is the best mens mag I've ever read. It is definitely written by a man's man. Anti-PC, pro-MALENESS, this mag covers excercise, emotions, sex, relationships, and almost anything else with which men are concerned. I almost gave it 4 stars only because the pics tend to border on the pornographic.... "That's BAD?!!" you say? Well it is if you are trying not to lust after every woman that breaths, but.... the women are very (very) nice looking. :-)
